Share the opportunity. Not the dataset.
The initial DataRevenueLab assessment is designed to understand what data your business may hold — without asking you to upload raw datasets, customer records, credentials, or confidential files.
What we need from you
At the assessment stage, we only need enough information to understand the type, scale, history, and potential commercial value of your data.
What systems you use
Examples: CRM, ERP, support platforms, operational software, content libraries, transaction systems, industry-specific tools.
What kind of data exists
A high-level description of the records, interactions, documents, media, events, or operational history available.
Approximate scale
Examples: record volume, years of history, active users, transaction counts, content volume, or frequency of new records.
Ownership and access
Whether your organization owns, controls, or has the necessary rights to use or license the data.
Keep sensitive data inside your systems.
The public assessment does not require access to your underlying data. Do not upload, paste, attach, or share sensitive files or credentials during Stage 1.
- Raw datasets
- Customer records
- Personal information
- Passwords or API keys
- Login credentials
- Confidential documents
- Private contracts
- Financial account information
- Production database exports
- Proprietary source files
Submitting an assessment does not transfer your data.
Completing a DataRevenueLab assessment only provides us with descriptive information about a potential data asset. Ownership remains with you or your organization.
An assessment does not automatically authorize DataRevenueLab to access, copy, sell, license, transfer, or distribute your underlying data.
If there is a credible opportunity
1 — Review
We review the description, scale, ownership context, and potential fit with current data demand.
2 — Verify
If relevant, we may discuss limited samples, legal rights, privacy requirements, data quality, and technical feasibility.
3 — Agree
Any data access, transfer, preparation, or licensing activity happens only after the appropriate commercial, legal, and security terms are agreed.
Assessment does not guarantee a transaction
Submitting an assessment does not create a licensing agreement, purchase commitment, buyer commitment, guaranteed valuation, or promise of payment.
Any commercial opportunity depends on data quality, ownership rights, buyer demand, technical suitability, legal requirements, and mutually agreed terms.
Find out what your business data could be worth.
It takes only a few minutes, and you do not need to upload any raw data.
